Sale of ADA Traffic Management to Traffic Corp SA Pty Ltd
We are pleased to announce that Zoran Markovic the owner of ADA Traffic Management has sold ADA Traffic Management business to Traffic Corp SA Pty Ltd trading as Makesafe Traffic Management (SA). Zoran has decided that after many years in Civil Construction that it is time to take a well earnt break.
The sale was finalised at the end of July and Zoran's prefereed transfer date was Tuesday - 01 August, 2017.
We met with the existing Management Team and are pleased also to advise that all of the current team of Managers and Traffic Controllers have agreed to accept ongoing employment with Makesafe Traffic Management
What the purchase offers the Team at ADA Traffic Management is ongoing stability and employment for both the Management of ADA and Traffic Controllers. This Purchas Strengthens the Makesafe traffic Management (SA) Team, adds additional fleet and equipment to our Company and Solidifies our Position as one of the Industry Leaders in the State of South Australia.
Traffic Corp SA Pty Ltd - Trading as Makesafe Traffic Management (SA) has been established for many years and currently runs a fleet in excess of 40 traffic management vehicles. We have 80 traffic controller. We are pre-qualified with DPTI, Members of Traffic Management Association of Australia and Members of the Civil Contractors Federation South Australia.
